Working Principle

Type B cyclone separation pulse dust removal and crushing unit is suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical, food, magnetic materials, powder and other industries. It is a crushing equipment that integrates crushing, dust collection and continuous discharge. This unit is mainly used for crushing dry and brittle materials. Materials with low softening point and high viscosity should not be crushed by this unit.

This unit is composed of crushing main engine, cyclone separator, pulse dust box and other parts. All parts are connected by pipes, which is easy to disassemble and assemble.

The crushing host is mainly composed of a feeding hopper, a crushing head, a platform and a crushing motor.

The main structure of the crusher head is: crushing cavity, door cover, bearing seat, movable crushing disc, fixed crushing disc, screen, main shaft and pulley. Among them, the movable crushing disc is installed on the main shaft, and is equipped with hexagonal teeth and beating teeth. The fixed crushing disc is installed on the door cover, which is equipped with hexagonal teeth, and the side in contact with the material is processed into a tooth shape, so as to improve the crushing efficiency. The crushing cavity is equipped with a screen, and the fineness of the finished product can be adjusted through the screen. The specifications of the screen mesh can be used according to the different fineness of the crushed materials of the customer, so as to achieve the desired effect.

After the dust enters the pulse dust removal box from the pipeline, it is filtered by the filter cartridge installed in the pulse dust removal box for dust recovery. Through the pulse controller, set a certain time interval to backflush the dust attached to the filter cartridge.
